Each exhibit is given space of maximum 1.5m table length and an Expo display board. A display board will be provided at the regional event, but you are welcome to purchase your own board and bring it along on the day.  

A table cloth will be provided, put your journal and report file on the table. Engineering projects – put a model of your prototype on the table.

NB Nothing may stick out from your table or be put onto the floor.

Poster made up of A4 pages
Scientific Report
Dated journal

Folder of official forms: signed plagiarism form, signed research plan, abstract, signed code of conduct, survey permission letters (if relevant), and supervising scientist letters (if relevant).
 

NB: A copy of the abstract must be displayed on the table​
